- we added spices to the X-mas brew "Julöl", we even
had saffron in the bucket. Right - Sean and Iliana are inspecting.....
19 days later - and decide (some help from Bob) that it was time to
bottle the brew.
A proud brewer! Is this good enough?
We
bottled our "Julöl" and our Kölsch
(very promising)

- we did hesitate before starting the bottling process! But siphoning
it down to the racking/bottling bucket made it look much better.
