| Above - we added spices to the X-mas brew "Julöl", we even had saffron in the bucket. Right - Sean and Iliana are inspecting..... 19 days later - and decide (some help from Bob) that it was time to bottle the brew. |

To the left - "Julöl"- The fermentation bucket far left - we did hesitate before starting the bottling process! But siphoning it down to the racking/bottling bucket made it look much better. To the right - Kölsch still in the fermenter bucket. |
